The metal parts are cut out with the laser in specialized companies of the area of  Thiers and the blades are also shapes on

     the spot to give them their wire of cut.

     The blades, springs and platinums can then be engraved with the hand or notched (notches made with the machine).

     These operations are carried out by the craftsman, and chiselling is made by means of small files.

     After having the type of material of the handle chooses, the plates are cut out and nailed with platinums and the knife can be

     entirely gone up. It any more but does not remain to carry out the completion by some polishings, applications of incrustations

     or any other process of embellishment.
