The knife "l'auvernhat" is a creation of the craftsman cutler Michel Cotte located at Valence, in the south of Lyon, in France.
It acts of robust folding with forced notch whose name means "auvergnat" in the occitane language of Puy-de-Dome.
It consists of metal parts manufactured, cut out and shape in the area of Thiers, which means very good quality.
The assembly, the completion and marketing are made by the craftsman himself. He thus proposes many matters and
alternatives which make it possible to personalize its knife.
Versions customs are also available on order. The completion wants to be neat for a knife of an excellent ratio price quality.
